I made a comment over in the baseball forum about needing to find a coach that won't just win, but will absolutely hate to lose, and will find no excuses for it.

I'm glad we have that in Marshall. Sometimes as a fan it isn't that fun to listen to, and it must suck to be media sometimes, but there is a reason this team will end up very, very good.

I am not doom and gloom about this team. It was certainly a missed opportunity. And definitely the team could have played better. But if you had told me in August this team would be 5-2 with neutral losses to #10 Louisville and #24 Michigan State, I would have thought that sounded about right.

I was mildly surprised at how angry HCGM sounded. Last night he would have had no problem finding room for 2 or 3 Danish kids.

I think his attitude tells us that he thinks the Shocks should have beaten Michigan State, and he's still bothered that they didn't. He didn't sound too happy on his postgame show even Tuesday night. Coach Angry, indeed.
