Can't see this group being held to 50 or 52 points. Time will tell.

And during the game, Shaq-Wall rattled in a 3-pointer. Bring back memories of JT Durley? Not so much but I'm hoping Shaq averages 22 minutes a game at Atlantis because we need him on the floor, not the pine.

Shaq seemed disinterested. Maybe my perception was wrong or he played down to the competition. But he has too much talent to be a non-factor.

Also, the UMES coach walks out on the court for a T, and they follow that with 3 ticky tac calls on us in 60 seconds. Gutless.

Reaves is pretty good I think.

No they haven't. I've been to all but 1 game and they only danced the game after the exhibition.

I believe they did a routine at half time of the Tulsa game as well.

MES, SC State, Tulsa and LBSU are probably better than the Thursday teams in the MVC

According to early season KenPom, the following teams are worse than Tulsa and LBSU:
* Colorado State
* South Dakota State
* Indiana State (x2)
* Bradley (x2)
* Drake (x2)
* Loyola (x2)
* Southern Illinois (x2)

Surprisingly, no team is lower than MDES or SCSU. The closest is Bradley at 253, while SCSU sits at 320 and MDES at 339.

Maryland Eastern Shore is a historically black university. It is not surprising that they would have a predominately black staff and players.

I dunno what one is posta think of someone who would make a post like this - especially when the subject is basketball.

I remember some of the local comments when Ralph Miller put a mostly black team on the court. Those teams were the ones who started the tradition of good basketball and great support at WSU.
