This is now the 6th straight season in which we have been ranked in the AP Poll, tying a WSU record (originally set in the stretch from 1960-61 - 1965-66). The third longest streak was 4 straight seasons from 1980-81 - 1983-84.
Amazing accomplishment and looking forward to shattering the record next season. Keep it rolling Shockers!

Then again, I said Trump couldn't win, and the AP voters are even dumber than the U.S. electorate.

Oh well, still nice to be back in the T25. I'd be real surprised if we're not in every poll from now until the end of next season, at a minimum.

So there's a blanket over #23 through #25, a big gap up to #22, and a big gap down to #26. As long as WSU wins this week's two, they won't move out, which is the nice thing about getting in -- you usually have to drop out on your own rather than being jumoed.
Looking ahead, Maryland's remaining regular season schedule is pretty favorable, but Creighton has a couple of likely losses looming.
