Down about 700 tickets the same time last year. So yeah a lot.

WSU is down from 1,973 a year ago. Single-session tickets on sale today at Scottrade Center

Also, if you aren't going to every single game of the tournament, it is stupid to buy all-session tickets.

I'm going again this year but I'll never buy the shitty WSU seats.

I live in KC now but travel regularly to STL for work. One would think that learning the ins and outs of STL would make me like it more, but the opposite has happened. Downtown STL is like downtown KC was ten to fifteen years ago.

There are much better locations where the tournament could be held.
The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.

usually travel with between 8-15 and never buy tickets. shox get shafted on seat location and its easy to get center court from other fans of the other teams for less than $10 per game.

I was more referring to the AAC, which shifts their conference tournament around at various sites.

                ... No really, deuces.

Smart conferences shift their tourney, unless you are playing in the Garden.

I've only missed one year out of the past 8 years (my senior year which was kinda brutal). This year I have the money and the vacation time... but I'll spend it elsewhere. I can't afford to be that angry anymore. Shockers underperform, as well as refs and shot clock operators. Also, I might as well not attend to boycott this dog **** conference.

Safe travels to everyone who plans on going.

I'm hoping to make my first trip this year. Hopefully we get into the AAC and its also my last.
Its a good landing if you can walk away, its a great landing if the plane can be reused the next day.

I sympathize with the reasons for not attending but would beg our fans to make the trek regardless since this may be the first time since 2011 that our NCAA hopes are truly on the line.

Perhaps the sense of kill yourself with a pepto bismol overdose suspense is what's been missing.

Dammit you make a good point... But if we lose in the semi finals again, my anger might be overwhelming this time.

I hadn't thought about Des Moines before, but Wells Fargo arena would work, and it's a shorter drive than STL.

There's a better chance of us leaving the Valley than the Valley leaving STL though.

Exactly why my family is going this year. This is one of the highest stakes Arch Madness' for the Shockers ever. This season may well hang in the balance on that weekend in St Louis.
