I think Mike should throw an "EH" in every now and then just for grins.

There are 167 people online right now, on August 6th, in the middle of summer. That's the same number of posts that have occurred on the Missouri State board in the last 6 months.
        Deuces Valley.
        ... No really, deuces.

Keeping things in perspective is not always our strong point.

Do they give scholarships? Div. 3 schools operate on Financial Aide, not full scholarships. Very few players if any receive full ride equivalents. More would receive tuition. Division 2 schools do give full scholarships.

Agreed. Although maybe he's giving UQAM too much credit. NAIA Emporia State has been more formidable on our own court than this team.

                  70-22 Allen with a 3.

                  Smith 6 assists no turnovers.

Oops, you're right. I keep thinking Emporia and Newman were still NAIA.

Newman would make that point accurately still though. They were NAIA at times when we played them, I think, and we would generally play them to about 90-55 or 60

There are some scholarships allowed in the CIS for tuition, but nothing at the level you would be familiar with for Division 1 or 2 schools. Basically, CIS players are true student athletes.

                            • First 50 point lead of the season at 72-22.

                              It won't be the last.
