I've often wondered what Malcolm has been up to and saw this article yesterday. He's still a class act from the sounds of it. Very happy for the young man. He only played one year but what a year he had!

Malcolm is one of the most important point guards we've ever had. Held down the fort while teaching Fred some things and letting Fred grow at a reasonable rate instead of just tossing him into the fire, and taught a bunch of youngsters what it means to say "the grind don't stop." Oh, and took us to a Final Four. There are nights when I think that Sal Paradise was right.

Malcolm was, IMHO, the most important player on the F4 team. It is unfortunate his tenure here lasted only one season on the court. If he would have been even a two-year transfer, I believe he would not get lost in the Cle/RB/FVV shuffle as easily and as often as he does. We certainly should never forget everything he did for us fans, and most importantly his teammates and coaches. You will not find a more fearless, talented human being who makes the rest of us feel like we're the superstar. Malcolm coming to Wichita is one of the most important decisions Shocker fans have been on the right side of...EVER. While we rightfully love the guys that spend their entire careers in Wichita, I can't overstate enough how big of an impact Malcolm had and continues to have on this program. This is not a post to bash or dismiss any of the amazing accomplishments of any other player or coach on staff. I just don't think we as a fan base truly appreciate how much the program needed a person like Malcolm, specifically during the time he chose us.Last edited by WalterSobchak; July 27, 2016, 05:11 PM.

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".
A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."
