I do not deny that Hank Iba was a great coach and deserves all the accolades.

But, holy crap. His style of BB was boring beyond belief. Pass, dribble, pass, dribble, and not shoot unless wide open or once in a while drive in and hope to get a foul.

And this was when they were behind, it was worse when they had a lead.

OK, since it's been around 60 years since I saw one of his teams play, but that is how I remember it. BORING!

i think he's moving in, if not already there, at top 3, numbers wise (total wins ?, winning pct. etc.). really, he's as good as it gets in the great mvc history (already passed ralph miller, for instance). 3-time mvc coy.
