Baker's already confirmed he's been invited and is going to training camp. That was done before the first summer league game. The surprise would occur if he DIDN'T show up at training camp.

He was on the originally announced roster for Denver's summer league. For some reason, he's not on the most updated version, and he's the only person that changed from the original announcement. He re-tweeted someone on July 5th saying he was going to be in Vegas this weekend, which is where Denver is playing.

You can see him in the Day 4 Mini-Camp video, which was yesterday. He's #11 at 00:37, unless it's someone else with that number.
