I work with a LOT of KU fans. Heard over and over today about how the Shockers were going to lose tonight due to Arizona's high-octane offense and our lack of an inside presence. Looking forward to work tomorrow.

Just what to add the contribution from Nurger, he's really stepped up big for us to give us another option and fresh body at the post. Also love Shaqs physical play, the guy can dominate when he stays on the court. Anton really had a sup par game but did hit a couple of crucial shots when they we're trying to sneak back in. Proud of the guys, Shocker Nation has really got a team and coach we can be proud of, they play hard and do it the right way....

2.5 hours isn't going to make a lot of difference. Experience and toughness will.

Ron Baker was unbelievable tonight especially in terms of the effort and energy he expended.

One reason we may struggle a bit on offense at times is because of the energy and effort we expend on defense, attacking the boards and diving for loose balls. In the old pre-shot clock days coaches would tell their teams to play balls-to-the-wall on defense and then if they needed to take a break they could do that on offense. Can't do that these days.

Still if the Shocks can find their rhythm on offense and start knocking down perimeter shots more consistently look out.
