WSU Versus Illinois State Predictions and Pregame Discussion on Senior Day
And no foul called for the slap across the abdomen.
Actually, there are several Redbird fans that to this day claim a CHARGE should have been called against Tekele for pushing down against the defender and lifting himself even more off the ground.
Please post that on the Redbird forum because they have someone on there who posted:
The "fouled" player snapped his head back and went flying backwards acting like the contact was to his head, which did not happen. The violation was treated as though it was intentional contact above the shoulders, which it was not.
Booker Woodfox shooting after 1.9 seconds elapsed. Wichita State beating KU in Omaha. Jackie Carmichael kicking Tekele Cotton in the face. What do these all have in common? They never happened according to the respective garbage ass fanbases.

Said before I didn't remember seeing him say that so if someone did have a video I would like to see it so I can make a judgment for myself. But If the Great Wall of Shaq sets a hard legal screen tomorrow that leads to a good play for you guys and says something about it I personally have no problem with it. I like to see physical play as long as it's in confines of the rulebook
Shaq will set hard screens. He will not lower his shoulder to some shorter guys face intentionally to do so. He will not run to the sidelines to celebrate with his teammates proclaiming "I got him" if said player appears to be injured. We have a coach who would put his ass on the bench and leave it there for that kind of behavior, unlike our Valley brethren from Normal.

Give Tekele credit for being a GREAT actor.
You seriously can't make this **** up. Delusional doesn't even begin to describe some of these f***heads.

Oh come on. Let him get excited.
It's perfectly normal and 100% classy that a 20 year-old, perfectly-functioning human being can run over to his homies on the bench, begging for high-fives, exclaiming "I got him", after lunging into a player with his shoulder during a basketball game in which that's all he was inserted in to do.
That's a f***-ed up level of people up there. I feel sorry that they actually breed and multiply.

Who else posts fake **** all day in order to maintain the acrimony? Wingnuts, that's who.
Today's Wichita Eagle shows a betting line favoring WSU by 17. While I will stick with my 22 point surpass, a 23 or 31 point win to honor our 2 All Americans or even a 3, 15, or 21, point win is kewl. Just win Shocks. This is Shocker Country and today is Our day!!!!!!!!!!!
Shocker basketball will forever be my favorite team in all of sports.
Lol no. ShockerFever is worse than any ISU poster. The rest of you guys are alright. He's a clown though.
ShockerFever is a passionate Shocker fan...as are we all.
The comments for this game on your board are toned down quite a bit from the first game. Many comments revolved around redbird fans delight in the Carmichael kick and the pick set on Baker. I wish no harm on any player--despised or not--let alone taking delight in plays that potentially could have injured someone badly...intentional or not.

It was pretty sickening. And nobody called anybody out for it either, which was equally as sickening. I guess when you've sucked so bad for so long, relishing in physical violence is the thing that does it for them.
They know what's coming today. They know. They're now backing back into their hermit crab shells.

I recall a hard screen on Matt Braeuer set by an Evansville big at mid court that sent Matt crumpling to the ground. While the crowd didn't like it, it was legal with no malicious intent and no celebration afterward...quite different than the one set on Baker.
