well, Scott has already redshirted, so not sure it would benefit him to leave, as ITF said in the pregame thread, we'll see if Lansing sticks around after this season. Many Sycamore fans are ready for a coaching change after witnessing collapse after collapse after collapse these past 6 seasons

Just went over to the Sycamore board and there's a few posters calling for a coaching change. I know Lansing is generally thought to be the 3rd best coach in the conference, but how much of that was Jake Odum making him look good?

Kind of like the KU fans calling for Turgeon who was coaching for us when KU was struggling. While Lansing is indeed a solid Coach, in this day and age, you have to not only know the X and O's, and he does, but you also have to not miss shaving even a day on your recruiting efforts every solitary Season. I hope he stays.

He has a lower defensive rebound % than everyone on the team, except for JRS. He has a lower offensive rebound % than Kelly, Grady, and Hamilton, and is only barely above MM and ZB.

He keeps many rebounds alive that he doesn't reach. He gets his hands on rebounds during free throws that stay in play for someone else, he gets his hands on steals that he knocks away, he is almost always in position on defense to give others help, etc. Aw, I've mentioned these things many times and your head is too hard, and your brain is too soft to soak it in. :)
