I just bought myself a ticket on a whim (and a plane ticket EWR to ICT the following day--much cheaper than what it would have been from DC)--I'd be excited to meet upwith anyone before or after the game if there's any organized plan. Otherwise it's the airport hotel bar for me.

Pirate fan here. Was reading the board and figured I'd chime in to help some of you guys out RE: bars. DinoBBQ is across the street (and fantastic). Get there quickly after the game as it gets packed.

As for pre-game bars, there are a few bars on Edison Place (which is like 10 steps away from the Pru Center entrance). Edison Ale House, Brick City Bar & Grille and another bar that I can't remember the name of. Check out Edison Ale House. It will be the most packed and fun. Hope that helps.

I think we are going to give DinoBBQ a try, always in the mood to try some new BBQ.

Looks like a bunch of folks are sitting in Section 7, in the last couple of rows (22, 23). Can I get a show of hands of who exactly is in the back of Section 7, and what your rows/seats are? I think I'm gonna grab a ticket in Row 23 from one of you fine folks who messaged me with an extra ticket they had to buy.

Good luck and safe travels to all the fans, for both teams. I've always said, ShockerNation on the road is a special experience.

Relish it, enjoy it and savor the moment. A special shout out to my friend @shoxlax:. Thank you for your service, I'm thrilled you got to the game and have a great time. I know you'll have an insightful postgame report.

Now if I may, these are games played by young men for our enjoyment and for the love of sport. Like so many of you, I love it. I love seeing these guys compete, and yes of course, I love to watch them win. And like many of you, yes, these games mean more to me than they should. But the great thing about this program now, win or lose, you're going to be proud of the team when they leave the floor. That's just how they roll now.

Not to sound selfish, because win or lose I will enjoy every minute of the game, but to all the great Shocker fans in attendance tomorrow, if the game happens to be a little close, and a little bit louder cheer from Shocker fans could will our guys to a win, I'd LOVE to hear just that. A win tomorrow would do this old soul a lot of good.

Dinos did not disappoint.

Dinosaur BBQ never disappoints. I went to college at Syracuse where the original one is. Best bbq in the country (says a lot of food blogs) and i go whenever i can. If anyone has time post game, you need to go. The wait is worth it.

See everyone at the game. I'll be in the end seat of the last row of section 7 across from section 6 so come say hi. I have my yellow Play Angry Final Four tee on.
