I believe it is lower because most of the 7000 to 8000 new people who attend IBA are younger. They just aren't in a point in life yet where they can afford a large SASO contribution and the season ticket prices to attend games at the roundhouse.

You can see it by just walking around the concourse at IBA it is definitely a younger crowd than the typical roundhouse crowd. The people sitting in our section at IBA were all much younger than me.

It is great and I would like to see us do another game or even 2 more a year at IBA. We are 6-0 there, so you can't say that it would hurt our team to play a couple more games a year there.

Sorry. I was being sarcastic. I know that it is your opinion or assumption. There is no way they would have data on that.

No actually it doesn't. I'm not going to to assign names to it, but Fever usually finds himself replying to them.

        • Paul made a quick case for McDuff's potential to be WSU's first MVC Freshman of the year since Randy Burns in 2002. But, my favorite part was this: "Bradley plays approximately 3,245 freshmen, so somebody will score a bunch of points."

          • Great game yesterday. Made the drive home last night a lot shorter. Great atmosphere and a great, great game. 3 turnovers, we will win every time if we limit our turnovers like that!!! McDuffie and Brown were great and as 3G himself said, if they keep playing like they are he will have to find some more minutes for them at another position. We know it won't be at the 1 or 2 with our 3 man rotation there, so I'm guessing it will be at the 4 unless Kelly steps up big time in a hurry. Evan looks so much better defending a bigger player at the 4 spot, then trying to guard a perimeter player and with the way ZB is playing defense and MM is learning really quickly their length is disrupting the other teams wings and we look better each of the last 3 games. I want to see us hold some of these MVC teams in the 30's.

It will be interesting with the rotation starting to develop how 3G will tweak it when we get back home for the last 2 non-conf games and then into MVC play. Will he find any minutes for EH and TT. I think they both have a very bright future for us, but are currently trapped behind a lot of great players.

I believe it is lower because most of the 7000 to 8000 new people who attend IBA are not only younger but many young families. They just aren't at a point in life yet where they can afford a large SASO contribution and the season ticket prices to attend games at the roundhouse.

              I agree!!!

Also, the age of the Koch crowd will continue to be an aging crowd until those seats become available to the public. Kind of hard to get new and younger fans in the arena if there arent many season tickets available each year.

This isnt a bad thing, but just throwing it out there

Maybe, but in this case our offense and especially defense was clicking ... so beautiful was beautiful.

                • Actually, we don't need to shoot better. We just need to score more points. We just held two top teams to 50 points this week. That is phenomenal.

                        • Here's the tip-off throw.

It was definitely on Utah's side.

Oh no Gerry Pollard, that was terrible.

Funny you bring that up, he threw up a tip off a couple of years ago in the NCAA tournament that Verne Lundquist called one of the worst he's ever seen.

Trying to find a video of that now.

HA. That really does look like he is terrified of getting clocked by Shaq. Never even gets close to center court. He did manage to throw the ball straight up, but just never was close to the center. Good stuff.

                              • I'm not sure Shaq could've reached that if Poeltl just stood his ground. Looks like he could've just boxed Shaq out.
