So many positives from tonight's game-
Great hustle--Evan was so tough. Tonight was one of those games that you have to ignore the box score. Wessel did so many things that helped the Shocks win.
FVV was simply unbelievable in the first half.
Shall can be a real presence--loved how the UNLV guy just bounced off of him in the first half.
We should have won by 10 or more if we could make a free throw. Those will start to fall.
We were 3-12 from the FT line until the last minute of the game. 25%---wow! ended up 7-16--still below 50%.
CF looked fine. His shots were all right on target--they weren't bad shots. He played solidly. His buckets will soon start to fall. Not concerned.
We played tough against a very long and strong team. They had size and were hard to get past with their press. But, we did.
Great game Shocks.
Oh, and the crowd was FANTASTIC. This was a great home win. I though my ears were going to explode in the first half--and had CF made his second shot attempt, I think they'd be looking for a new roof at Koch!

Zach Brown continues his upward trend in recent games, though hitting a couple of more free throws would have been nice. He was in the right place defensively and had some decent moments on offense.
Evan was incredible tonight. If you don't think so I don't know what to tell you.
Ron seemingly is lacking confidence in his shooting this year. Not sure what is up with that.
BWam and Shaq both had good defensive games I thought, though Shaq was late getting to a couple of ball screens for Fred and Marshall let him hear about it.
MM played well, still doesn't know how to play to his advantage yet, but I trust he will.
Wish we didn't run as much ball screen tonight in the second half when Fred got a little winded. The mountains are calling, and I must go.

Edit: and they are complaining at said rate of speed about things they never know anything about. It's pretty great.
