I'm saying it's realistic and also possible with that record we could go Sweet 16 or better. That's how good our schedule is and the parity of college basketball. I also don't think we will have any bad losses when it's all said and done-or at the most one

Shaq Morris plays like his girlfriend just broke up with him.

On defense Shaw looked either very lazy or very lost or both. Very disappointing start to the season for the "wall" in which I had high hopes for!

I was hoping Evan would have scored more in a big game. He was 1-4 from the field. He looks like he has a nice touch from the field. He just needs to shoot more. He did have 4 assists. though, the most on the team.

I was hopeing for but not really expecting an increase in wessles game. He had some nice offensive games in the tourney but that has never been his niche. We all wanted his tenacity moved from an undersized 4 to what may turn out to be not a quick enough 3. It's early but so far..,, we will just have to wait and see. Same goes for the young guys wait and see. The main thing is to get Fred healthy.

I just hope Evan is held to the same standards as everyone else. His playing time should be dependent on his effort and production. He's earned his playing time the last 3 years the hard way. I'm not sure I've seen that from him so far this year. Maybe that's just a byproduct of a bad couple of games.

This is why Sexton is really stepping down -- to divert people's attention and give the fans a chance to take a few deep breaths before they step onto the ledge over last night's game.

It wasn't a bad loss, and it especially won't be looked at as one by the end of the season. Tulsa is a talented team with a ton of experience and special motivation against WSU, and they shot unexpectedly well from long range. FVV wasn't himself, and he spent what he had in that amazing outburst to finish the first half; he needs to get healthy. As for the rest, the newbies now know what life on the road is like and will be better prepared for it next time; Frankamp is a game closer to being eligible; and we can see that the Shaq-Zach sophomore attack needs to be more effectively assertive.

It's been about 15-16 hours, and the world hasn't ended yet, so it probably won't (although the Leonids were reportedly extra bright in certain areas as various SNers exploded into the sky). The goal of reaching Houston hasn't changed.

Please dont take offense this statement...but there is a reason Marshall is bringing in two Juco studs to replenish an untrustworthy sophomore class...I dont think Marshall is sold on Morris, Brown, Kelly to be honest..now having Frankamp, Allen, Smith and Willis really gives coach some insurance...the sky aint falling, but the bench looked weak last night...its only two games, but the players Marshall is bringing in does having some writing on the wall..
