I thought the shockers looked out of it in the opening game this season, like they were not prepared for the new rule changes.
They will need to adjust and play as a team. No matter how much Tulsa has improved, this is a game they should have won.

After that, I actually think we should fall about 8-10 spots in the polls. The depth I was expecting out of Brown, Dubya and Morris was nonexistent. If we don't have that, we aren't top 10

Time for the Seniors to close the locker room door and put a chip squarely on the shoulders of the young guys. Except Shaq, won't work on him. Nothing will get that young man motivated to meet his potential.

Just a pitiful effort tonight. Take away Ron and they run the Shox out of the gym. Don't get me wrong, Tulsa is a solid team but a healthy FVV, someone stepping up to help Ron, and of course the newcomers playing better, and it's a completely different outcome.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that noticed how the officiating changed in the 2nd half. Yes, there were a lot of dumb fouls by both teams. Landry's last 2 fouls were just ridiculously dumb. But there were a lot of headscratchers too. The biggest one that clearly comes to mind was the one on Shaq where he was backing up, giving the defender space, and still got called for the foul. I actually thought the 1st half was very well officiated. The 2nd half, not so much. So far we've seen 6 officials and if any of them go farther than a First Four game in March, it's a damn shame. Send them to the CBI, or the CIT.

Btw, would anybody else like to see an announcing crew of Shane Dennis and Bob Hull? That would be a fantastic crew IMO. I don't hate Bruce, but I've heard a lot better
