Me. Other than getting blown by on defense on one play, he had a fantastic couple of minutes.

I also, have to say that I'm not happy with his shot selection, but I could get used to it based on the results.

Not really. He's brought the ball up against pressure a couple of times and had it at the top of the key a couple of times as well. He just looked natural in those spots.

Taylor is going to be frustrating until he can put some arch on his shot I think.

He's very shot happy, which is only acceptable if they continue to fall.

He shoots when he's open. Of course, he thinks he's open all the time.

                    Wow

Grady, the freshmen, and the sophomores - wow. And this was without Fred and Connor.

It looks like the season - and the coming seasons - will be great.

Coach commented that he was happy to get lots of guys lots of minutes. The three walk-ons got an evenly split 25, and the three freshman that might be in question got between 14 and 19 each. BWam looked like the last guy on the bench today, but other than him, those six "at the end of the bench" looked pretty good!

he reminds me of gary garland. very speedy yet under control. demetric was kind of out of control for most of his career.

I can foresee a scenario where we don't need our top 5 guys playing 30 min a game. We're so freakin talented at the top that we can get large leads and allow Marshall to integrate a lot of players into the game.

I don't watch these first few games to see if we'll win. I watched New Mexico to start last year and remember seeing Rian Holland and saying he looked quick, had a nice shot, and seemed like a trapping nightmare in full court pressure. We know how that worked out. I'm either a lousy talent evaluator or it's tough to get a good read in these games. Like what I saw from the young guys, cautious relying on them. Disappointed with Bush. With Rauno as a red shirt candidate, our best inside depth might come from a walk on.

Taylor doesn't remind me of D. Williams as a freshman pg. Being a pg never worked out for Williams. Taylor is way ahead of him as a freshman.
