USA has the other center, who plays for Sac Kings, half of Canada is NBA. Because its a national tourney, there are rules permitting it. No pay, I think.

That center used to play for the Kings, but no longer does, but there are multiple international pros the the roster. There is no prohibition on NBA guys, I believe is has just been an internal decision on the part of USA Basketball to not play the NBA guys at this tournament.
