Well, not in the sense that those teams are receiving revenue from their deal and we are not, but yes, lawn mower racing and dodge-ball on the Ocho is outdoing Big East on the Speed Channel.

        I'd watch dodgeball on lawnmowers.

It sucks when you accidentally run over the ball.

I just want to definitively know if this new deal allows non-Cox subscribers to watch away games on ESPN3. Seems like a gray area, but I admittedly have not dug into it.

Games are always subject to blackout, and there will still be no difference here. ESPN3 has shown the Cox broadcast for a few years, but it's blacked out here locally and will continue to be.

Time to cut the cable and switch to Dish?

I would if it wasn't for Cox Channel 22 showing such a large percentage of Shocker games.

Sure, if you want to join me and the other Uverse customers on the blackout list.

Utah and UNLV games both picked up on ESPN2.

Does the new espn deal mean that more baseball games will be on ESPN3?

Last year the Shockers had 15 games on espn, espn2 or espnU (including 8 non-conference games). Hopefully this is just the first of many games announced to be on the deuce or another espn network.

The "Advocare" classic will be 3 more, so we are already up to 5.

.....but, statistically speaking, you miss 99% of the shots you do take.
