I think wsu needs to seriously consider hanging vanvleet and baker's picture in the rafters. I'm not sure what the requirements are but they both hold all time records and are about to blow the records out of the water this year unless an unforseen injury stops them.

I think they are the best duo to have played for the shox. Senior night should also honor wessel of course but he is not at their level. That is not a knock on him at all. wessel is the most fun to watch especially after a loose ball. I just think vleet & baker are that good they make everyone else better around them.

I don't think the NCAA has an official record for "Most Wins by a Player" or "Best Winning % by a Player." I did find a couple articles mentioning Shane Battier as having the most wins with 133. A quick Google search didn't lead me to Fred's number and I don't feel like adding it up right now, I'm interested in hearing what it is though. When mentioning the "wins" record, everyone uses the phrase "appeared in" so that might also apply to winning % if you wanted to figure out that unofficial record.

And speaking of wins, there's a chance we will have the longest current home winning streak by Senior Night next year. Arizona and North Carolina Central are the only ones ahead of us. It's only a matter of time until Arizona drops one at home and NCCU had a couple close calls last year and lose their top 2 players to graduation.

I'm putting the over/under on the number of people with dry eyes in the building on Senior night at 0.5

I'm just praying I can find tickets when we find out when it is, or I'll be at home crying after the better half bludgeons me about the head and shoulders region.

Same with me. I'm no longer a student so I gotta learn how to find tickets FAST

I'm considering taking Billiards and Bowling courses second semester. Cheapest season tickets I can find. :bball_spin:

Hhhhmmm, Art made me think. I wonder how many hours you have to be taking to be considered eligible for student tickets. I'm pretty sure I can find a night class or two that wouldn't interfere with Shockers games.

I paid good money for tuition at WSU and pay additional money for season tickets. Don't be the person that takes a class just for the free student tickets. That really ticks me off. Don't take a ticket away from a current student just because you want to go to games and found a loophole.

I disagree. Those dipshits can't fill the student section as is. And I'm 87 and have season tickets behind a pole in row 38.

Your logic doesn't make sense. You're punishing students who want to go to the game by taking away their ticket because A) other students don't choose to buy them and B) you found a loophole. That's not right on either account.

I was just about to say you have better knees than I have if at 87 you can climb to Row 38 ---- then I realized you said "Row 38". You almost got me!

Looks like he's currently at 95. So a 38-1 season would tie that mark.

First off, I said this tongue in cheek. If I was going to take classes, it would be career related, and someone would be paying me to take them. That being said, I would NOT blame someone for doing it. Even the last few years,I have been to many games where there were more empty seats in the student section than anywhere else. I don't understand why you would be adverse to having those seats filled with Shocker fans, regardless of how it's happening.
