Candidates to play the 4 are Brown, Wessel, Kelly, and McDuffie. Candidates for 3 are Brown, Wessel, McDuffie, Baker, and Shamet. Candidates for 2 are Baker, Frankamp, Shamet, and Taylor. Candidates for 1 are FVV, Baker, Frankamp, Taylor, and Frankamp. Best players play but we have talented candidates for each position. Who wants to play most?

I left Hamilton off at the 4.

Whoever HCGM gets/assigns to play the position. In either case, Fred will not complain!

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".

A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

            Brown will not play the 4. He's a 2/3.

In the last Coach's Show, Marshall said that McDuffie is a 3. He'll probably learn to play both the 3 and the 4 in practice (maybe even the 2?), but his main position will be the 3.

It's going to be hilarious when we play a 6'11" guy at center, a 6'4" guy at PF, a 6'7" guy at SF, a 6'6" guy at SG and a 6'4" guy at PG this season.

Hilarious in that we'll be up by 25+ anytime that happens, absolutely.

He did recruit Hamilton as a 4 and McDuffie as a 3. However, Gregg isn't so hung up on positions that he doesn't find an appropriate fit for the best players. That is why he played Wessel so much at the 4 this year.

Marshall isn't scare to play PGs at the 2, SFs at the 4, and PFs at the 5. His offense works well in all those situations. Ben Smith was also a SF, but often played the 4.

Exactly. This is why I don't see Brown playing any 4 this year. Evan might. But we'll be much more solid in the post this year and I doubt we'll need either of them to play bigger than SF. But hey, only Marshall is Marshall. Just speculating.

                                Impressive newcomers

This is the best group of newcomers since the 80s. Frankamp, Shamet, Grady, McDuffie, Hamilton, and Taylor are an impressive group.
