I think that's as good an indicator as there possibly can be. Gregg doesn't just say stuff like that. He's not known to count his eggs before they hatch.
A) At one point, Rockin' The Roundhouse took up the ENTIRE arena. That might eventually have to happen for this event. You could put the entire silent auction on the main floor, have the dinner line in the concourse area like it is now, and have tables for eating and for the live auction in the practice gym. You would have a little bit more room for tables and could expand the crowd a bit. It would be inconvenient to have things going on in different places, but it at least would allow for some growth.
B) So many things are sponsored and donated. The beverages are donated. The food is donated. The golf balls are sponsored so that there is no cost for that. At some point, WSU should approach Century II about being the "facility sponsor," essentially donating the facility rental costs. I thought about Intrust but realized that it would have some of the same problems as CKA. Century II looks to be perfect for this event. It just seems apparent that at some point, this event has to go there. The practice gym is almost suffocating.
Anyone considered that he means that the roof will literally be blown off...as in the official announcement/plans/dates for the luxury/skybox construction?

This could actually make a little sense, except that he said it while praising ACGH for his recruiting efforts. Made it sound recruiting related.

I wonder, if/when they do get skyboxes built in, will that make more season tix available to the public as more of the corporate sponsors move up to the boxes?
