I wore Shocker gear to a bridge tournament in Overland Park the week between Christmas and New Year's. Had nothing but favorable comments from those who said anything. No stinkeye.

Wearing Shocker gear in Honolulu today. Got a comment from someone how it's stupid KU is to chicken to play us in regular season. Said they loved the game in the tourney though."He called me around noon and was thrilled," Brandt said. "He said he was going to be a Shocker forever." -- RIP Guy, you WILL indeed be a Shocker forever!

If you were wearing a Creighton shirt up there, I'm sure you wouldn't be given a second look. Maybe a "who's that?" or an occasional chuckle.Deuces Valley.

I've learned over the years that when visiting Lawrence it's better to wear WSU apparel than to not wear it.. Back in 2008 I visited and wore neutral clothing. That resulted in a KU fan walking up and asking where I went to school.
You can probably imagine the pointless escalation that took place on the KU fans behalf after I said WSU. So ever since that nonsense, if ever in Lawrence I make it a point to wear WSU apparel. That way they don't walk up with any stupid questions and just glare from a distance instead.

Flying into kci in 3 hrs. Wearing back to back swag just to provoke themOne quick note before we present the rankings: With Wichita State’s move to the American Athletic Conference, the Shockers have moved out of the mid-major club. We wish the Shockers well against Cincinnati, UConn, SMU, and more.
