If I remember correctly, it stems from the time when basically picked a fight with WSU fans on Twitter, arguing with people that KU was better. He pulled a Gottlieb and deleted the tweet later on.

Maybe he could buy a farm, incorporate as Kunkelville with population 1, and start a budding career as mayor, fire chief, police chief, news editor and sports/news director. If you pass through, the sign entering Kunkelville could then read, "please drive carefully, the life you save may be Willl Kunkel."
