If I knew how to add a GIF to SN, this is where I would place his Illinois State dunk.

No complaints from me. Another great season!
I wonder to a certain degree if some of these guys were starting to wear down. If so, it is completely understandable.

All things considered, it was a tremendous season.

68 teams enter, one emerges as champion, and seeing what Kentucky's doing to West Viriginia, it's best we just got out of the way before someone got hurt. WSU beat a decent Indiana team and Snob Hill up the turnpike, and had a bad shooting night against a fairly-talented Irish squad. No reason to hang heads, just reload and spend the summer working on shooting. Hopefully Baker gives us another chance and Alabama decides to go after the Notre Dame coach instead.

What a season, what a team of great young men who are lead by the best coach in the nation. What a game Darius had to finish his career and of course I will miss Tekele, wont be the same next year without him. If everyone comes back, and with the class we have coming in I expect anotheir run, only much deeper. Skys the limit, like its been said many times, its great to be part of Shocker Nation.

So, I got a little defensive near the end of the game when Chris Webber said, "The story of this game was that Baker and Cotton didn't show up."

So, I had to respond, "Hey, Chris Webber, time out!"

Sad that it had to end like that, but not much you can do when they're shooting 60%. At least Tekele and Darius got their legendary win on Sunday. They will be part of Shocker lore forever.

              Thank you guys, for everything.

I had to sit back and have a few barley pops before posting.
I rarely agree that some teams win a game in the first few minutes. However, the ND jump at the start definitely set the tone. It took a lot out the guys to finally catch up and make things competitive for a bit.
RB needs to enjoy college life while it lasts. It already has and will continue to provide even more life time memories.

                For now...

                That is all
Above all, make the right call.

Great season!!!! Better than I expected!!!!! Tekele is in my Top-5 All-Time SHOCKERS that I've had the pleasure watching!!!! Nuttin' but admiration for that young man.

Always sucks when the season ends. But couldn't be prouder of ALL these guys!!! What stories and memories we have!!!!

I don't think Ron will declare this year. Fred's stock skyrocketed but will more than likely be back unless we all the sudden start hearing about draft boards and him going in 1st round. Evan might as well come back for another run. Looking forward to a bunch more of Zach Brown. Looking forward to seeing Hamilton, Shamet, Taylor and McDuffie!!! Looking forward to seeing Gregg say thanks but no thanks. Looking forward to everything regarding Shocker basketball!!!! Great job fella's!!! Thanks for the memories!!!!

Hope so. Since our season is complete, he would be eligible and available. When you led the country in ESPN top 10 poster dunks, you should be in Indy putting on a dunk show for all to see IMO.

Team exceeded most of our expectations. My only regret is that the season is over. Don't
know what is in TC's future but wouldn't it be great if GM found a place on his coaching staff
for him? Focus in the off season will be on bulking up the two big guys. Imagine RN and
Bush at 250 lbs or more? Potential for another three headed monster at center next year and
an even deeper run than this year. Hope the program does whatever it takes to keep GM.

Completely understandable. It may have also been, one team hot, one team not so much on that particular day. Seeing ND play they way they did and going basically 7 deep, with 4 guys playing 32-37 minutes per game for the season (including winning the ACC tourney) and our game going 6 deep with 4 playing 37, 39, 40, and 40 minutes is pretty amazing.

It's been an unforgettable season. My buddy and I went to almost every home game (I made it to every one, but he had school conflicting a couple of times), we got to see the ridiculous comeback vs Alabama, Fred's triple double, be a part of GameDay, the win over UNI for the regular season title, and see a sweet 16 run that involved running over Indiana and KU to get there. I'll likely be framing my ticket stubs somehow and have them on the wall.

Also, I thought I'd be more disappointed that Kentucky already broke our record, but I'm really not. It doesn't change what the 2013-2014 team did one bit. I realized it was kind of like when I was in high school... I broke the school record for dead lift by 45 pounds, and then another guy later that same day broke my record by another 5 pounds. Haha.

That's because there isn't a reason to NOT be upbeat. It was a great season by any and all measures.
