Is it your time of the month?

We need to keep Coach Marshall as long as possible. You never know what you are going to get when you fill a vacancy.

You have to have a good athletic director as well that knows what he's doing and has a little luck as well

Twitter is loving this Gregg to Vandy idea.

              • Vandy will have to pony up 1.5 mill at least. Stallings only paid 2 mill. Even if they do pony up mor money I don't see Vandy as desirable.

                • More than likely we won't get out of the Valley this summer. But if there is inaction and the conference waters continue to stagnate, then next spring I will be worried.

@ShockerHoops:: It's that time of year again, Vandy fans reporting flight headed to Wichita.

@KelMoney24: @ShockerHoops: lol well we are in Arizona so idk who that jet is going to get???

                          • This is what dementia looks like, from Vandy's board:

Worst case: He has said "Okay, I'll at least listen to you"

Better case: 3-4 days ago when we all started hearing that Stallings wouldn't be back, they started talking to Marshall and his representatives and they agreed in principle and the meeting this morning is all about ironing out the details.

Best case: Deal is done, the jet is in Wichita to pick up Marshall and family and bring them in for the 3PM presser.

My guess is we're somewhere between worst case and better case.Worst case: He has said "Okay, I'll at least listen to you"

                            Far more likely the following:

Worst Case: Gregg assumed the call was made to apologize for the T during the game and not allowing the clock to run so we could get the hell out of Dayton quicker. Kellen tweets at Vandyfan that family despises Nashville and that they should learn that benches go on the sides of the court, not at the ends. Asks if they wear uniforms with sleeves.

Better Case: Lynn answered the phone and likes country music. Enters Nashville daily contest. Looks forward to winning.

Best Case: Gregg has long lost family in Nashville area and takes flight for free vacation to see them on Vandy's dime. Never speaks to anyone on campus. Still makes fun of end zone benches.

Then we can look forward to taking their coach in a few years when HCGM retires.
