If I remember right we had a miserable 3 point shooting game out of the chute two years ago. 2013 ended up pretty good.

We didn't make a single one in that Pitt game an then lit it up from 3 in the next round against gonzaga

This game went exactly the way Indiana needed it to for them to win. It was high scoring. They shot great from 3 (50%) and we shot horribly from 3 (14%). That is the exact formula for an Indiana win. Getting the win under those circumstances is impressive.

Incredible game. Hopefully Ron's saving his shots up for Sunday, because he's been off for a while now.

I've been really frustrated with Carter this year, but I have so much respect for him coming back in after that shot he took and playing so hard.

And FVV ... damn. I think Cotton's one of the best off-ball defenders I've ever seen, but FVV is probably a better on-ball defender. He took over that game on offense and shut Yogi down on defense. Amazing, brilliant play, and he won that game twice over.

Just think how good Fred would be if he just was athletic enough to stay with the elite guards in the country.
