The committee obviously favors "matchups that aren't intentional" vs. true seed rankings

I could agree with that from an Indiana perspective.

Their weakness is clearly the inside game, so that not being our strength is a positive for them.

Of course, that goes both ways, and our weakness is also on the inside game, which is also not their strength.

But generally you look at that from the perspective of the underdog, so ... we're not a bad matchup for Indiana. Granted, our backcourt is SO MUCH better.

Then why play any game? UK has nothing to gain by playing the NCAA tournament. Everyone knows they are the best. Why play?

KU has nothing to gain by playing the Big12...they win every year, why play?
