lol no one believed me when I said this thing would be stupid. The road game @ Colorado State in 2016-2017 is going to be a nice contrast to the UNLV game. Only going to be a 100 RPI difference or so.

I get the feeling part of the deal getting renewed was an immediate concession that the MWC gets to pick the schedule in whatever they think benefits them the most. Oh well. Who wants to bet me that SDSU wanted Ill St at home because it's a winnable top 100 game. They didn't want to come to WSU. Their top teams wanted winnable games that look good. Colorado State gets a road win at UNI because they will be down but still have name recognition. UNLV is the kind of team that can still benefit from a road loss at WSU. That's why they got the game.
