I predict Cox will carry both games live today and not Creighton and women's basketball like their guides says. If they don't, I predict I'll drop Cox and switch to Uverse or Sling TV :)

As far as the game, it's a high stakes game for Illinois State and they'll want the win badly. I think it'll be a single digit win for the Shox unless Lynch gets in foul trouble and sits quite a bit or fouls out. Will be interesting to hear the crowd noise for the game - I imagine the fans of Loyola and UNI will be rooting against the Shox as well. Going with 65-61 Shox.

We could easily lose this game.

I am willing to find a silver lining if we were to lose, but the Redbirds beat UNI Sunday was well. Those two wins would darn near create another top 50 team out of the birds and put three teams in the dance. It won't happen, and it would really suck, but there is at least some good that could come of it. I think they are around #70 right now.

Now that I think about it, 70 was where Indy St was last year and they were the the best team in the Valley last year. That's pretty sad.

Looks like the game will be on Fox Sports NONE (as in not broadcast here in Houston). However, the infamous dart tournament will be shown on one of the FS channels. I will have to listen Mike Kennedy on the broadcast from KEYN.

Funny, one of the people I'm working with on my current assignment is also Mike Kennedy.....but he lives in Boston, so I'm sure he's not the same Mike Kennedy.

Are you subject to the ESPN3 blackout? If not you can also watch it on your computer.

Blackout should just be the states with MVC schools, so he should be able to watch ESPN 3.

I always buy the Fox Sports Package for the MVC Tourney so they can beam me FOX Sports Midwest. This year it was only $7.99 instead of $12.99. I keep it for the minimum required 30 days and then do it again next March. Lol Can't beat it!

Fox Sports Central (where I would expect the game to be) is showcasing a women's matchup between Northern Colorado and North Dakota. I don't get it.
