The bad part about Evansville winning is that they won't have any more fans tomorrow than the 300 here today.

Here's the deal. As it pertains to the top 100, I want Evansville to win. As it pertains to matchups (based on our performance in the last two games against Evansville), I want Evansville to win. As it pertains to teams who I think can beat UNI on Sunday and create a third MVC bid if we somehow lose tomorrow, I want Evansville to win. As it pertains to Mock maybe playing his last games if he goes Euro-Pro, I want to see Evansville play another game.

What are the reasons to root for Illinois State? I am hoping we get punched in the nuts by criminals tomorrow? No. Would I like to see the Redbirds get it handed to them by the Shocks? Okay, I'll take that one. Would I like to see Dan Muller extend his career by ever winning anything at all ever? No. I definitely don't want him to have any reason to say he was justified in his #1 ranking. If they win this tournament, he could. They really need to get smoked by the first team they face.
