They would have the edge for the tiebreaker for now. They would still need to win at Koch to keep it though. The Shocks would get the SOS tiebreaker if they split the series.

Correct. For seeding purposes, UNI would have the temporary edge. But for standing/championship purposes, we're still in first.

And there is no tiebreaker as far as determining the Regular season championship. Ties are shared championships. The tiebreakers are only relevant for seeding in the Valley tournament.
