I feel we match up well against the Ramblers. We actually have an advantage down low. It will be a close game (because they all have been basically), but I think we should be able to keep them just out of reach most of the game.

    WSU - 71
    LOL - 66

Not just a 1, but a 2! Things that make you go hmmmm.
You know what also makes you go hmmm? Your obvious obsession with me.

I didn't realize the two were mutually exclusive.

I do find it highly humorous when people call out other people's predictions and haven't even made their own. That takes balls.

      Oh, and shut up, goon.

This would be by far our best road win of the year so far. I think it will be a slugfest.

Whether we keep Doyle/Thomas in check from the perimeter will tell the tale IMO. Tight man to man on the outside means DC/Shaq/Rashard need to protect the bucket on drives without fouling so the guards can continue to gamble and blanket their studs 20+ feet out.

Will be an interesting chess match. I like our Deep Blue against their post schizophrenia Bobby Fischer though.

You didn't realize that WSU winning and Loyola winning are mutually exclusive?
You didn't realize that you can't predict both?
            What in the world?!?!

Also, I already predicted a WSU win, so there's that. http://shockernet.net/forum/showthre...l=1#post531283

Should Fever ever stop posting, the internet would suddenly become a much less funny place.

I think that there are "other factors" than just wins and losses. Just how much you want to lean on the W/L factor and how much on the "other factors" is pretty much up to you.

ShockerFever and Jamar Howard 4 President need to give each other a hug. Hugs solve everything. Or paint a thousand word pictures something something. Don't remember Baker's retweet exactly.

This game will go a lot like the Shockers vs Detroit game as far as style matchup. Except Loyola is a better team than Detroit. Should be an exciting game. I say Shockers by 2 possessions at the end with Glass and Kelly having a stand out game.

If it is a 2-possession game and Glass had a stand-out game, something went terribly, terribly wrong.

Just as there are "other factors" to take into consideration when determining the rating of a team, so there are other factors to take into account when making a prediction. For example, you will note that one of the predictions is a score of the game which has nothing riding on its accuracy while the other is a part of a contest in which there are prizes. The purpose of one is to predict the winner of one gamer and the purpose of the other is to maximize the chances of winning the contest. He may be going with the odds in the contest but expressing a doubt regarding those odds in making the single game prediction, which has nothing riding on its accuracy.

Not "wow, what an amazing player today". But, more like how Kelly and Brown stepped up in the performance skill set Wednesday. This time I think Kelly and Glass will step a bit up. I picked Glass because I'd like to seem him give some solid minutes.

Thanks for explaining in a better and more polite way than I could to the troll driven and logic flawed personnel.

I'm sure Jamar will counter and get the last word and derail this thread even more than he already did and then tell everybody that Fever is always the trolling instigater.

Yeah, if Glass has a great game it will mean that Carter, Morris, Nurger, Wamukota, and perhaps even Bush (the white one) had terrible games, and in spite of Glass' stand-out game, we lost. Dude is buried in the order like a squirrel furiously buries an acorn in instinctual anticipation of the nuclear winter.

They may have a good perimeter team but not as good as ours Our paint play
will continue to improve each game. I am still predicting only a single league loss
and don't think this will be it. 74-65 us.
