As cold as it is, it seems as though the sunshine is attacking the snow pretty quickly. If they move the snow off the sidewalks melting should clear them in part. In any case, dress warm and walk carefully.

That's wishfull thinking, last year nothing was cleared, I seen many slips and falls including my own fall trying to get to the arena. I remember about 3-4 bluehairs walking together with arms locked to navigate to the arena.

I guess the ISUb loss took the wind out of the ISUr fans' sails. They've been looking forward to the WSU game since October and there isn't even a topic about the game on Redbirdfan.

That game did take some of the wind out. We have been hit by injuries hard and the fan base isn't fully behind Muller.
I personally love the fact that he picked his team to win the Valley. If i was a coach i would do the same thing, and hopefully you would want 3G to do the same. Regardless of where he thinks the team will actually finish, its nice to know the HC has faith in his team.

As far as Muller's coaching ability, he was dumb to get rid of Judson. Muller and his staff bring good players to ILST, but we really lack an X's and O's guy. (Which is the reason we lose close games on a consistent basis)

I don't ISU fans are fully engaged in this basketball season yet. This has everything to do with our football team playing in the National Championship. If you check out Redbirdfan.net, you'll notice there are about 5 active National Championship threads vs 1 basketball thread. All season, with the exception of the home opener against USU, the thread usually get started a day- a few hours before the tip. Our fan base loves to dog on the team after losses. If the Birds lose tonight i don't expect an extensive thread because its expected. The ISUblue thread with a long one though! HA!

Today's game shouldn't be close, I'm surprised at some of Shockernation guess it will be in single digits.

(Evansville and Indiana State are playing a great game on ESPN3 right now, ISUb 44, UE 43 under 14 to play.)

Go Valley! Ive watched every team play this season and i'll take wild upset today! Give me Loyola over UNI. This conference is fun to watch.
