Any student of management can tell you is that people are who they are. You either live with their faults and manage around them or move on. People don't change. If Shaq were the second coming of Barkley with the effort he was giving, HCGM would manage his way around it. Shaq isn't and HCGM won't. I'd expect a mutual parting of the ways.
