I know actually made money on this one as now there is a sponsor for the sound meter. So weather the bands are accurate or not it gets the job done and it gets the crowd to scream while raising money for the program. I'd say thats the definition of success in my book!

But just think if you used a actual noise meter (that u can purchase for $0.99 off the app store) the response you might get as they actually try to make it peg. As more people realize it is a fraud, the more they will go "MEH".

On a similar note. I will preface that I generally enjoy the "Don't Leave Early" videos, but please scrap it when we are trailing. Who the hell is gonna leave early when we are down 8 with 7:00 to go.

The 'producer' of the in game stuff needs to learn to throw an audible. Just because it is the under X media timeout doesn't always mean go with Don't leave early or whatever.

So much in-game FAIL, it's really quite disturbing. Even more disturbing is that a band of Shockernetters can figure this out and probably run the operations more smoothly.

I'm just gonna say it. I said it in a game thread a while back but I'm saying it again because I can't grow up and stop laughing about it whenever I see it.

The air guitar cam belongs on Jimmy Kimmels "unnecessary censorship" bit. It looks like a bunch of dudes pretending to play with themselves on the jumbotron. Lots of hand pumping around the waistline and lots of seemingly-appropriate accompanying faces.

:) It's not the guitar cam, it's the beat off cam. Sorry guys...

Having said that, I hope they keep it forever. I will never stop laughing.
