  • I was surprised to see they were $35. In years past they were $25. I went ahead and bought all sessions after seeing that...and the fact that the championship has sold out before.

I am not driving you guys to Orlando. Last year to SD was the last road trip that I drive all the way.

        • For those heading into the theme parks, I would highly recommend stopping by Hollywood Studios around 5:45 PM to see the Osborne Lights. You will toss your Christmas lights in the trash when you get back home. If you can't get enough sports, there is the ESPN Club on the Boardwalk (usually busy), an alternative is Splitsville in Disney Springs (formerly Downtown Disney) lots of TV's, food and drink. If you are looking for some nicer off site restaurants try pointing your YELP app to West Sand Lake Road up by Universal Studios, numerous choices. Time to go, I hear a golf course in Orlando calling my name.

One more thing, Mickey has picked his favorite team to win it all.

              • Saw this on YouTube, last 6 minutes of the Siena game the first time we played in this tournament, which was IMO our first big win under Marshall: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BAXQi6p84OY

Just a fun little watch to pass the time until Saturday :)

                • Was that the same tournament that had the rain delay against Michigan State?

                    • Even when we were bad Marshalls first year we were still very competitive game in and game out and kept it close

Kind of like Bradley appears to be this year.
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take....

.....but, statistically speaking, you miss 99% of the shots you do take.

Playing MSU if our guys had tear away jersey's they would have been half naked after the first few minutes. I never saw so many of our guys try to cut or make a move without an opposing player grabbing him by the jersey to slow him down.

                          • This will be my first time travelling to an early season tournament. Our family of three will be leaving Monday evening and staying in a hotel on the beach in Pensacola Tuesday night, before arriving in Orlando sometime Wednesday.

I'll still in need of tickets. Maybe I'll find fans from another team playing on the opposite side of the bracket wanting to get rid of tix to the WSU session.

I'm staying optimistic and looking forward to seeing some fantastic basketball.

Shocker fan for life after witnessing my first game in person, the 80-74 win over the #12 Creighton Bluejays at the Kansas Coliseum.

                            • We are here now. Have seen a couple other WSU fans but I'm guessing that will increase in the next couple of days. We haven't bought tickets yet but plan to on game day. Remember its not reserved seating and while it can get crowded I'm doubting early round games will sell out.
