once again I'm pleasantly surprised that the City council can be proactive concerning something like this. I can still remember the old days when you had to take your own bottle into a club and pay for the set up and that was only if you were a member of the club. If you were from out of town you could take a bottle into the bar of the hotel your were staying at because you were a temporary member. Things are a whole lot better now.
