If they were going to add boxes, I would assume they would have to (literally) raise the roof. It would be interesting to see how they would make it work.

If they add luxury and press boxes, maybe they can move the students onto that court space, where all these spots are currently occupied (think Cameron Indoor). That way, they can add more season tickets where the students are currently located. ----- It's a win-win; more money from tickets and boxes and more seating for all levels (students, regular fans, big wigs)

Either way, they would probably have to play in INTRUST for a year or two, while they make these changes. Maybe 3Gs can convince Chuck to REALLY donate the $$$ this time and build the true "House the Marshall Built".

Coach almost sounded scared of NMSU. Not really, but he showed great respect for them. Mentioned that they have several guys who are more athletic or physical than us. Said they have a guy who is Tekele Cotton but bigger, another guy who is faster than anyone on our team, a center who will be quite a problem at 6'10" and 260 (coach said he looks like he's on steroids) and another guy who "would win in a bar fight" (probably Bhullar).

Coach did fail to mention that they have yet another guy who might resort to dirty tactics like nut-punching. I might need to email him to make sure he knows about Wilkins.

I can't wait for this game.

UNMS is a legit opponent. Especially to open with. Toughest opener in recent memory for SURE. Part of it is I think he is trying to temper expectations so they don't have to close all of the bridges down when they lose at some point LMAO.

oh, it will be reminiscent of ue on senior night 2013. but this could/will have a different outcome (shockers win). 'just haven't seen such an inexperienced frontline at wsu in quite a while, is all i'm saying.

So all of those fairytale skybox posts that have surfaced here in the past looks to have a ring of truth with them. Hmmm.

A little more than a ring of truth. Coach Marshall seemed certain that the sky box improvements are near term.

Funds have been raised with two contributions of seven figures each.

He did not give a timeline. If you asked for a guess, I would say that construction will begin within two years.
