It is not true North/south. Remember the old clocks? They were positioned where the directions are. That drawing of the court is definitely correct in how it lays. The tunnel is NNW.

I am kinda put off by the way HCGM addressed the FT issue. On one hand I am sure they practice them constantly, and it has got to be annoying to field that question, but at this point it IS a valid question, and IS concerning.

From his perspective, the question has been asked many times in the past. He isn't going to change how he teaches free throws but you can call in and ask again.

Most teams don't shoot FTs very well. Ron had a very 'odd' FT night against SH... that won't happen very often. The bigs are always going to struggle.
