EDIT: Yea that's Riley Kemmer formerly of Wichita Collegiate. I think he preferred Walk Onned at TU under Danny Manning but is back in town with WSU.

In order for a non-recruited player to be immediately eligible, they must meet ALL of the following standards:

I don't think it's our right to question his desire to be here since he is a likely practice player who spent his last year at Tulsa.

Well,

1. When you play at Tulsa it's a Basketball Game, not a "Basketball and Goals" game.

2. It would have been a "Basketball and Goals" game, but the Crowd Funding came up just a little short.

3. Thanks to Title IX, Tulsa had to make some cuts in the Men's Basketball budget and now with out the "Goals" there will no longer be winners and losers, everyone gets a ribbon.
