"Hank Iba decided he wouldn't play my team anymore. He told me that if he tried to get his team ready to play me, it would upset his team the rest of the season." Gene Johnson, WU Basketball coach, 1928-1933.

In that link I posted above, he said he was 11-14 from 3-point range at one of the Elite camps. (It would have been two years ago.) He's the type of walk-on who would come into the game late as one of the mop-ups and not hesitate to shoot a three.

I imagine that if he transferred, he will sit this year.

Yeah, I guess that's true. The extra year will allow him to build up his body and get acclimated to the intensity of Shocker basketball.

Did his older brother play golf possibly at Stanford?
That would be Dodge Kemmer. He finished up at Stanford in '09. Played in our Web.com event here in '10. I believe he is over in Europe playing the Challenge Tour.

              Is Black a color?

In the visible spectrum, white reflects light and is a presence of all colors, but black absorbs light and is an absence of color.

Is Black a Color? Is White a Color? 1 - Color as Light. Color Theory 2 - Color as Pigment or Molecular Coloring Agents/

Well that was more than I needed to know. It looks like a color to me. I like all our uniforms.

I was expecting that question. My response is the same as yours. What color are those black jerseys or my black car, phone or shirt? And if it is not a color then why does it exist on color charts as black instead of non-reflective all color?

Time to get back on topic... :-)

The black uniforms absorb all opponent confidence and represent the absence of hope

If he was a "non-recruited walk on" at TU, he will be eligible to play this season.

In order for a non-recruited player to be immediately eligible, they must meet ALL of the following standards:
                        • The student-athlete was not recruited according to the NCAA’s definition of recruiting;
                        • The student-athlete never received an athletic scholarship; and
                        • The student-athlete did not practice or compete at all in athletics at the original school except for one 14-day period (i.e. a tryout).
The transfer process has a complex mix of rules and regulations that determine when and where athletes can transfer and if and when they can receive a

The last requirement should rule out immediate eligibility in this case.

What HC3GM does at WSU is practice. All the other teams in the Kansas-Oklahoma-Nebraska-Missouri area are just poosy-footing around. Since poosy-footing isn't explicitly spelled out in the NCAA by-laws I think he's good to go.

But Tulsa played WSU last year and just being the presence of WSU basketball players is such a learning experience that it counts as practice, so he has to sit out.
