  • Wow, 300 tickets in 1 day....I wonder if a group or 2 picked up tickets? That's almost triple the average day sales of late.

        • Hopefully the media will not prematurely report that its sold out like they did last year.

Yeah. Grant Meech moved so hopefully the odds are tilting in our favor.

We'd be $hitting in high cotton if we could get the 2 channel 12 dingbats to follow him...

SB, I love your graphic... could you update please to reflect the approx. 3200 seats left? Assuming that's a legit number of course. My family is among the 12K (so far) that will be there, my oldest is in the Shocker Sound trumpet line, and I'm pretty stoked at the sales so far. Sure wish we could score a marquee opponent and ESPN/CBS exposure for the IBA game. That really needs to happen. Broken record, I know.

I will. I'm just updating it periodically or when there is a big drop.

                        • Looks like we finally hit the doldrums, although it took considerably longer than last year.

                          • Probably a little uptick when the season starts and some steady but slow sales if the Shocks play well then a rush at the end.

                            • I don't even care anymore. Even if not another ticket is sold, this thing is around 12k right now. It's already going to be a good, full atmosphere. I can't wait.

My oldest is the trombone section leader. Pep band parents, unite! (But let's do it with the procrastinators tomorrow.)
