WSU AD/SASO needs to come up with a better plan than the codes. Either open it up to everyone at the same time (no problem with that IMO), or setup the tiered SASO purchasing in such a way that only actual SASO members are getting tickets at respective times. Sucks to be waiting around like a good boy, all the while hearing stories of people circumventing the system.

Think I complained about this last year, but in a shocking turn of events the ticket office (who in the WSU AD department is sort of like the midget ginger in a family of Olympians, with respect to competence in their role) has changed nothing.

It would be easy for WSU to issue a barcode unique tokeach SASO donor along with a date/time allowed to purchase. This info would be included in the leter sent to the donor as well, so the code number could be verbally communicated if the donor decided to not use canning or whatever.

Agreed. There really is no excuse for this.

What's the point of the code system if you don't even need a code to access presale tickets? This probably should be passed on to both people at WSU and IBA.

And I agree that there probably is a better system for doing this than "pass codes" that aren't even required when ordering.
