Sure glad Melo decided to come back to NY, otherwise who else would they have to put up as many shots as all other starters combined while making less than 1/4 of them?? I sure hope Cle gets the chance to work his way in there, definitely seems like there's an opportunity for more productive minutes.
Hopefully he's showed he deserves more minutes. Better then most of the bench players they have been playing.
I imagine he would be starting right now, if Melo never came back. It's, probably good for Cle to learn how to produce in the NBA from a guy like Melo though. He might not be a great defender, but dude can score. (Cle will be just find on his own on the defensive side)
I still say they trade JR Smith at some point (or at least they should IMO). If I am NY, I role with Shump/THR @ SG; Calderon/Larkin @ PG.
Rotation I would use, once players get back from injuries (JR traded as well):
PG - Calderon, Larkin
SG - Shump, THR
SF - Melo, Early
PF - Stat, Acy
C - Dalembert, Bargnani
