Since we all know the top three, here are my 4 and 5 positions. At PF is Glass and at C is Wamukota. I have Carter as the sixth man. Nurger comes in for Wamukota and eventually takes over his starting spot by the time conference season rolls around. If Glass doesn't play up to expectations, then Carter takes over his starting role.

Carter started 6 games last year. He averaged 7.9 points and 4.5 boards in 17.9 minutes per game over the 35 games he played in. He can play both the 4 and the 5.

He's not going to get beat for a starting spot by a JuCo or a Fr.

We've got the 3-headed monster in the back court. We need guys in the front court who know what the back court guys are doing, what they are going to do next, and what needs to be done to help them with what they're doing. That's an area where Morris and Carter have a big advantage. They've seen what Baker, Cotton, and VanVleet do and understand positioning, passing angles, screen locations. That's stuff the new guys have to learn and then perform at an incredible pace. No time to stop and think about it. New guys have to stop and think about it, and that will limit what the back court can accomplish.

By mid-season things could change as the new guys start picking things up. I doubt anyone will pry Carter off a starting spot. If one of the new guys turns out to be pretty solid, I can see where Carter might come off the bench to maintain continuity once the substitution rotation begins.

The most likely place for a change in the pecking order as the season progresses is at the 5.

Shaq has demonstrated shooting range out to about 15' - 17'. That was last summer. Don't count him out as a 4. Nurger's addition pretty much guarantees that Shaq is going to see a lot of time at PF.

The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

Most commonly listed, yes. Hamilton's coach was who said that he had grown to 6'9 but no confirmation.
