Today's game was the highest level of basketball played that I've ever been too. I've never been to a better game in my life and I doubt I will.

I said the exact same thing to my family and friends. That was the best college basketball game I will ever see. You'll see quite a few more than I from here on out, so maybe there's a chance for you to surpass this one.

Not for me.

And I will admit when I'm wrong. I said WSU's "A" game wins...I was wrong. UK got the A game....I didn't realize there was something better than A+ from the Wildcats.

On a personal note, it's my belief that Ashley Judd owes me something for what happened today. If someone lurking from BBN could pass along my contact information, I'd be greatly appreciative. Thank you.

Seriously that game was played at such a high level the entire game I NEVER thought any two teams could go toe to toe and keep punching each other and not flinch. Credit to both teams for a game that I will (Debbie watched the whole thing) probably ever watch. Thank you Shocks and Shocker Nation you have made all of us proud. Five years ago this was a dream but the program and the nation (Shocker) has grown and matured and look what we have wrought. This is indeed a work in progress but look where it started and look where it is now, and where will it take us. If you can dream it you can do it.

I don't understand the disdain for his post. The bench was 3-9 FT shooting - that's a fact. It should pain them to think about for the next couple of days. That's what happens when you invest so much time, effort, money, years, days, blood, sweat, tears and come up on the wrong end of the scoreboard. It should hurt because if it doesn't then they didn't care, but they are men and they will get past it and it doesn't take A DAMN thing away from what was accomplished this season.

The inference was that our bench doesn't PRACTICE free throws.

I believe the OP is in ministry so that tamed a lot of what I wanted to say.

But if you don't think that down to the walk-ons, that anyone didn't give 100% feel free to bring that up to HCGM next time you see him.

Just got off the phone with a banker in Boston that I have never met or spoke to before. When he asked where I lived I said, "Wichita, KS". Out of the blue, he says "Ooooh maaan. Heartbreaker! I had Wichita State going to the Final Four this year. Tough game, man."
