What did KenPom and BPI have to say about Oklahoma before the NCAA's? Cause the eye test told me they were pretty bad and their resume wasn't particularly impressive (1 W vs IA St and beating up on Big 12 bottomfeeders). I was honestly most surprised by their seeding as a 5 than pretty much any other seed besides UK. Actually thought you could've justified switching those two possibly

Current BPI rankings has Oklahoma at 30 which would be an 8 seed but looks like some flaws here I mean Pitt is at 14 ?

And to that point, not that it means much, but it would make me feel better knowing that the last 2 years, we lost to the eventual national champions by a combined 4 points. Despite the disappointment, it is comforting to know, that 1 more bounce here or roll there and we may very well have been cutting down the nets. Pair that with the best returning backcourt in the country, and the sky is literally the limit.

It was actually a combined 6 points, but we could have won both.

I have a bad feeling Florida is going to blow Dayton out. I am really surprised how good Florida has been this year. I never expected them to be the #1 overall seed when we started the year. I thought Kentucky would win the SEC regular season but umm no not even close I just wish Kentucky had beat Florida in that game down 1 with 14 seconds left with ball maybe it would have pushed you guys to the #1 ranking in the polls that would have been special.

I'm glad UK lost to UF. It was another learning lesson for the 18 and 19 year olds. Now if we play them again, let's see if they can beat us a 4th time in the same year.
