I've always been amazed by how many programs don't even act like the 2 for 1 concept exists.

Probably comes from the Duke/UNLV championship game in 1991. Duke had a dunk-line during warm-ups instead of going through lay-ups and supposedly intimidated UNLV, and later that was considered somewhat unsporting. But the rule makes about as much sense as the cream cheese violation.

I would have rather seen NC Central be a #16 seed to get to play Virginia then have to play Iowa State...NC Central I thought had a chance to win a game until I see it come up Iowa State.
