Dayton & Wichita very similar. Both great work ethic towns who embrace basketball as city's identity. I love loving here and visiting there.

So if I was to put that in an equation it would be WSU > ILS > Dayton > Stanford > KU > K-State = MC². Ah yes, the old theory of relativity. Now I finally understand it.

Stanford is just not very good. KU played their best basketball in early January and February. They were not very good in March.

Dayton has a real shot to make the elite 8 and to think they were 1 shot away from not even winning their first game. That is how close it is in the NCAA tournament. In 1995 UCLA in the real 2nd round got an Tyus Edney full court rim run with about 5 seconds left to win by 1. If UCLA does not make that shot they don't win the NCAA tournament and not only that they are a 2nd round afterthought.

I bet when Sibert transferred from Ohio State he never dreamed he would not only get to beat Ohio State he would have a really great shot to make the Elite 8.

I feel the same. I was stuck in a bar earlier with the Dayton-Stanford game on, and I couldn't wait to get out of there. I see a weekend full of anything but basketball in front of me.

I hear you...I felt the same way until I knew there was basketball on the tube. It's not the same without our beloved SHOX, but I love CB...plus the Masters is just around the amen corner ( I crack me up from time to time).

Nice job Dayton. Wouldn't mind playing the Flyers on a home-and-home basis. Seems like a natural.
